The following will apply unless otherwise notified in writing the TPI:

The uplift allowed for acquisitions and renewals:

• EAC’s of 3,000 kWhs to 50,000 kWhs – 3p maximum uplift
• EAC’s of 50,001 kWhs to 100,000 kWhs – 2p maximum uplift
• EAC’s of 100,001 kWhs and above – 1.5p maximum uplift
• All gas 3,000 kW’s and above – 1.5p maximum uplift

Commission increments of 0.01pence can be set. PE will also accept contracts with zero uplift applied

Commissions will be paid monthly in arrears and when a Business Customer has made payment to PE. Should only a part payment be received then Commission will be based on this part payment only and the remaining applicable Commission will be paid once the outstanding amount has been paid. In the event that a Business Customer is billed on an estimation any Commission will be reconciled once an actual read is provided. Commission statements are posted in the CIMPAAS Portal on or around the 15th of each month and Commission is paid on or around the 20th of that month via a self-billed invoice.

All price changes, Commissions and sales status reports will be provided through the CIMPAAS Portal.

PE reserves the right to change any of the above at its own discretion. PE will give the TPI reasonable notice of the change. If the TPI does not accept the changes the TPI can terminate this Agreement immediately by providing written notice to PE.
